Scooter Center ball bearing sets for the fast and high-quality engine revision.
The bearing sets contain high-quality standard bearings from renowned companies such as SKF, FAG, INA or similar. Exceptions are the drawing bearings which are not available as standard bearings. These are manufactured in small series by specialized companies. Due to the small quantities involved, these are naturally expensive, but are of a very high quality.
The bearing sets always contain the ball or roller bearings fitted in the motor housing and the individual bearing needles used on the auxiliary shaft. The connecting rod bearing is not included in the set.
The set contains:
- 2x crankshaft coupling side: 25x62x12mm
- 1x auxiliary shaft:12x40x12mm
- 21x auxiliary shaft needles: 2×11,8mm*
- 1X Main shaft wheel side: 20x47x14mm
- 1x Main shaft lima side (roller bearing): 28,2x42x8mm
*Please note: Some vehicles have auxiliary shaft needles with conical (pointed) ends. Often the corresponding auxiliary shaft does not have the necessary undercut for the supplied auxiliary shaft needles of later years of manufacture which have rounded ends. If the bearing surface of the auxiliary shaft is defective anyway (check for pitting marks), replace it with a new one, these automatically have sufficient space for the modern needle type.
Alternatively, the existing old bearing needles can often be retained. These are hardened and always more wear-resistant than the bearing surface on the auxiliary shaft itself.
