Classic handlebar turn signals require for mounting, in vehicles which do not have factory turn signals, so-called inner tubes. These are smaller in diameter, but longer and have the appropriate diameter to accommodate the turn signals. The tubes are inserted into the existing gas / switch pipes in the vehicle. The inner tubes are then secured in the handlebar center with a sheet metal clasp against twisting. This allows the handlebar turn signals to be mounted TÜV compliant.

On the part of Piaggio these tubes are no longer available. The company VESPARATUR has now reissued them in small series in a fantastic quality.The tubes are made in a German company from seamless drawn tube precisely by laser cutting technology. They are intentionally not slit at the ends (as original). Thus, a perfectly secure fit is guaranteed as the turn signals vary in diameter. If the turn signal can only be inserted very tightly, simply saw the tube longitudinally to a depth of about 20mm.

The tubes always fit in conjunction with the gas / shift cable rollers which are pushed OVERthe gas / shift cable tubes.

Not suitable are the throttle/shift cable rollers which are inserted INTOthe throttle/shift tubes.
Therefore, if necessary for the conversion still new gas / shift cable rollers are needed.
