Axle for the transmission of the largeframe engines from 125cc.
With the introduction of the 180cc models the auxiliary shaft was also strengthened.
Thus the diameter at the bearing seats increased from 12mm to 15mm compared to the 125/150cc Sprint engines. Later this already strengthened shaft was enlarged again at the bush side of the alternator from 11,5mm to 13mm.
This series is still used today and was installed in nearly all PX engines.
The only exception are the early P125X and P150X models which are still equipped with a contact ignition and the Sprint gearbox.
