Scooter Center ball bearing sets for the fast and high-quality engine revision.
The bearing sets contain high-quality standard bearings from renowned companies such as SKF, FAG, INA or similar. Exceptions are the drawing bearings which are not available as standard bearings. These are manufactured in small series by specialized companies. Due to the small quantities involved, these are naturally expensive, but are of a very high quality.
The bearing sets always contain the ball or roller bearings fitted in the motor housing and the individual bearing needles used on the auxiliary shaft. The connecting rod bearing is not included in the set.
The set contains:
- 1x crankshaft clutch side: 17x47x14mm
- 1x crankshaft limo side: 20x47x14mm
- 1x auxiliary shaft: 10x30x9mm
- 1x auxiliary shaft 25x47x8mm
- 1X main shaft wheel side: 20x47x14mm
- 1x main shaft limo side (needle bearing): 16x22x12mm
TIP: If you want to tune your Smallframe to the highest level, you should choose the very high quality two-piece NU bearings. Due to their considerably larger bearing width, these bearings have a fatigue limit load that is almost ten times higher (2750N compared to 280 of a normal 6204)! This bearing can be used on all shafts with 20mm Lima stub (e.g. V50, Primavera, ET3, PK XL).
Alternatively to the quite expensive solution with the NU bearing type we offer this set also with an improved Limal bearing with a plastic bearing cage.
The so-called TN9 bearings show apart from an increased bearing clearance (C4) a substantially larger fatigue limit load (325N compared to 280N of a normal 6204). So a real improvement when it comes to high power and high speeds.
